At Emi Studio, our goal is to create a relaxing experience and beautiful results for every client. Please review the following policies and aftercare guidelines to ensure the best experience and retention.
Studio Policies
- Booking: A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your service total.
- Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
- Late Arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in a shortened appointment or reschedule.
- Fills: Fills must have at least 40% of lash extensions remaining. Otherwise, a full set will be required.
- Refunds: Services are non-refundable. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours.
Aftercare Instructions
Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your lash extensions. Please follow these guidelines:
- Avoid water, steam, and heavy sweating for the first 24 hours after your appointment.
- Do not use oil-based cleansers, makeup, or skincare around the eye area.
- Clean lashes daily with a lash-safe cleanser to prevent buildup.
- Brush lashes gently with a clean spoolie to keep them neat.
- Avoid rubbing, pulling, or sleeping directly on your lashes.
- Book fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain your set.
Important Notes
- Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes.
- Contact lenses should be removed before your appointment.
- If you have eye infections, irritations, or recent surgery, please wait until fully healed.
